Kitchen song and dance music on new video

About a week ago, Mia Guldhammer and I visited my sister at her home, not far from Odense. There in her kitchen, with the help of my old friend Jes Paul, we recorded the first of what will eventually become a series of videos recorded in different kitchens.

The song 'Brudegaverne' is traditional and is about how important and difficult it can be to make sure you have love and security in your life. The song is followed by a piece of music which is a mix of traditional and newly composed dance music.

At the start of the new year, we play, among other things, in Folk Club Mors, Copenhagen Folk Club, Haslev Folk Club and Farum Kulturhus.

And we are already busy planning the next kitchen shoot.
