New duo works with Danish folk songs through the centuries

Then Mia Guldhammer and I have started a duo which will work with the Danish shows, ballads and folk songs in general.

It was not something I had just seen coming, but it is exciting, and we are already well underway with a new Facebook page, video and concerts on the programme.

Mia Guldhammer is one of our most respected folk singers here at home, and at the same time she is my personal favorite singer on the Danish folk music scene, so it could hardly get better, seen from my eyes.

Mia often tours in Denmark and internationally with e.g. the medieval orchestra Virelai and the folktronica band Mallebrok.

In the coming months, we will, among other things, play at the German Windros Winter Folk Festival, and later in 2019 we will play i.a. at Musik over Præstø Fjord Festival and in Folk Club Mors - and more is on the way.
