NOMINATED FOR THE DANISH MUSIC AWARD IN THE “TRADITION AWARD” CATEGORY!

Then our little trio sørme was nominated for a DMA Folk statuette in the category "The tradition prize", and of course we are really happy about that.

We are, not least because the nominees make up a really strong team, so in a way we feel that we have already won a little, just by being in the race.

The winners of the Tradition Award will be revealed at the big gala party in Tønder Kulturhus on 26 November, and on that occasion we will also find out who receives a statuette in the category "Musician/Instrumentalist of the Year", where all three of us (Sonnich, Kristian and I) are nominated separately and in direct competition with each other, and with two other talented musicians in addition.

In any case, it will be super fun - and we see it as a tribute to our album, and our project of spreading Danish folk music in the US, which we have worked so hard on for the past few years. Follow us on: https://www.facebook.com/dmafolk/
