MORTEN ALFRED RECORDS A NEW ALBUM WITH THE BAND HIMMERLAND!

The folk/world band Himmerland will record their 2nd album in May, this time with compositions by all the band's members, as well as some traditional numbers, mainly songs. Himmerland released the album "New Roots Music from Denmark" in August 2012, which has received good reviews, not least abroad.

The band has toured with the album in most of Europe and in Ukraine, Russia, South America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

In the coming months, everyone in Himmerland is working on composing, arranging and rehearsing the music for the album, and then the band is ready to record and subsequently tour with the music. The album is expected on the streets in autumn 2014.
