SO HIMMERLAND'S NEW ALBUM IS HERE!

So here it is, Himmerland's brand new album, "Himmerland – New Roots Music from Denmark".

The music is composed by Ditte Fromseier (vocals, violin) and Eskil Romme (Saxophone), Andrzej Krejniuk (El-Bass), Ayi Solomon (Percussion) and the undersigned, and the band has also recorded a small handful of old Danish songs, and a single medieval trouble, all in new arrangements.

In August 2012, the band presented the album to audiences at four festivals in four countries in just eight days. A terrific tour which brought us to Tønder Festival Denmark), Alkantara Festival (Sicily, Italy), Koktebel Jazz Festival (Ukraine) and Urozhai International Festival (Moscow, Russia).
